Hi, I'm Veronica (she/her)! 🙂

For my recent publications, visit my Google Scholar.

I am a PhD student at the University of Michigan, advised by Venkatesh Potluri and Dhruv (DJ) Jain. I am also a Rackham Merit Fellow.

Before starting at Michigan, I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University, where I was advised by Andrew Begel and received a Judith A. Resnik Award HM.

My research focuses on human factors of software engineering. I am interested in combining psychology theories (eg. co-presence, cognitive load) with empirical software engineering to better support developer productivity and well-being, specifically for developers with disabilities.

🌟 My mission is to understand and identify pain points in developers' lived experiences, build AI tool-based solutions, and ensure the long-term implementation of such tools. 🌟
